1.
For non-perishable commodities,
respective brand owners will be
responsible for the quality of product.
In such cases, you can lodge complaints
on them through us.
2. The
perishable commodities displayed
on the site and the actual products
delivered will be similar and
may not be exact replicas as these
items are hand-made and can vary.
However, in all such cases the
quantity specified in the order
will be provided as desired. We
recommend customer to refrigerate
the cakes on delivery (if it is
to be used after half an hour
or more).
3. If
ordered flowers / cake / Soft
Toys/ sweets / chocolates are
not available in the respective
city or town, we shall deliver
alternate flowers / cake
/ Soft Toys/sweets/ chocolates/
of desired quality and equal to
(or greater than) order value.
4 a. In all major cities
we can deliver on same day
and within two business days
in other listed locations. If
no delivery date is specified
in the order form then the order
shall be delivered within 1
business day for Class A cities
and within 2 business days for
Class B cities of receipt of
the order.
These
timelines shall be applicable
for perishable items like flowers,
cakes, teddy bear, sweets, Fresh
fruits (unless
specified otherwise in product
name/ description)
etc.
Rest of the
items shall be delivered in
approx 1-4 business days. Refer
locations
section for more details
4 b. Delivery Time, Telephonic
Support and Order cut-off:
- Our Normal Delivery Hours
are 9 AM - 7 PM. For Same Day
delivery in normal hours, we
need the order by 2 PM. Normal
hours delivery of orders that
include cake are usually scheduled
after 10 AM to ensure fresh
cake delivery.
For
Normal hours deliveries, we
would not be able to commit
delivery at specific time (though
we will make all possible attempts
to deliver
at your preferred time).
- Midnight delivery shall be
done close to 12 AM. However
in certain cases, midnight delivery
may start at around 10:30 PM.
For Same Day midnight
delivery, we need the order
by 4 PM. For Same Day midnight
delivery, we need the order
by 4 PM. Please
place the order for midnight
delivery, from midnight
section of the website.
- Early morning deliveries are
done by 9 AM.
For early morning
delivery, we need the order
by 4 PM on previous day.
Please
place the order for Early morning
delivery, from early
morning section of the website.
4 c. Midnight and early morning
delivery is not available for
Occasions like Valentine day,
Mother's day, Father's day,
Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas and
New Year. Also, for delivery
on these days, no time commitment
would be available. Any
order placed for the midnight
delivery for these occasions
shall be delivered in the evening
of previous day or during the
day of the occasion.
4 d. For Flowers/ Cakes/ Combo
orders to be delivered on 12th,
13th, 14th or 15th Feb, please
place the order from Valentine
Section. Also because of Valentine
day rush, Telephonic support
may not be available on 14th
Feb.
4 e. On Sunday and Public Holidays,
telephonic support may be available
till 1 PM only.
4 f. For same day Sunday delivery,
please place the order by 9
AM. For Sunday delivery within
Kerala, please place the order
one day in advance.
5.
Delivery of certain branded
items may not be possible/delayed
under certain un-controllable
circumstances such as product
is not available in the market
or discontinued by the manufacturer.
In such cases, similar product,
nearest to the description will
be delivered. Also, conformance
would be seeked from the customer
for the same through e-mail
before the delivery of the order.
6.
No
claim of whatsoever nature
under any circumstances will
be tenable other than the
claim for 100% refund of payment
made. For
compliants/ issues related
to quality of the delivery/
product, complaints should
be made within
24 hours of delivery of the
product through
email at: rosesngifts@yahoo.com.
7. The
owner of the site retains the
right to refuse any order unconditionally.
8. All
claims are subject to the jurisdiction
of Court at Kurukshetra, India
only.
9. Request
for cancellation of confirmed
order can be made up to 1 day
prior to the delivery date. You
can send your cancellation request
at:
rosesngifts@yahoo.com.
For cancellation of order that
has been placed using debit/ ATM
card or netbanking, 10% of the
order value shall be deducted
towards bank charges. Also, in
the event of cancellation/ refunds
the payment for the transactions
done through ccavenue payment
gateway shall be refunded within
3-7 business days and for EBS
the same shall take 3-24 business
days. In an event of non-refund
within this timeframe, customer
is requested to contact us with
the order number at: rosesngifts@yahoo.com.
10. If the shipping address is
incorrect and recipient is also
un-reachable on phone OR if no
one is available to accept the
delivery of the perishable gift
item (when delivery attempt is
made) then in such cases the order
will be assumed as executed &
no refund will be made.
11. While
placing an order, please provide
us with the following information
for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.

Full
address of the hotel.
-
-
Telephone
number of the hotel.
-
Name
of Tour company, if applicable.
-
Full
address of the hospital.
-
-
Home
address of recipient with
phone number.
12.
If there is no one available
at the shipping address (to
accept the delivery of your order)
at the time of delivery, the order
will not be considered
late. Hence in such cases, no
refunds, cancellations, liability
can be made.
13. If
the recipient has not checked
in at the hotel on the delivery date,
the order will be left
at the reception & the order
will be assumed as executed.
If the person has checked out
of the hotel by delivery
date, the order will be assumed
as executed & no refund will be
made in such cases.
14. If
Flower Plaza is unable to deliver
your order, then complete
refund will be made.
15. Flower
Plaza has taken every care for
the accuracy of the information
provided in the site. It has exercised
due diligence in providing the
latest products/information. However,
Flower Plaza or its employees
or its affiliates are not responsible
for the loss or damage caused
to any of the users due to the
information inadvertently provided
in the site.

Discount,
Cashback, Promotional Offers,
if any are not applicable on Gift
Coupons.
16.
Quantities/ sizes specified on
the site are indicative in nature
and hence there can be slight
variations in the delivered item,
depending on the availablity of
the gift items.
Also
note that the items are delivered
as per the product description
on the website. In an event of
conflict among the a) item
details in the order form,
b) product description (as on
the website) and c) displayed
image on the website, product
description as mentioned on
the website (for that product
code) shall apply.
17.
The
delivered item for the
product categories Watches, jewellery,
teddy bear, silverware and Apparels
may/ may not be exact replica
of the images shown on the website
(depending on the availability
of the ordered gift item). Hence
in such a case the delivered gift
item for these product categories
shall be similar/ close-replica
to the image shown for the ordered
gift item.
18.For
delivery of gift items to Wedding
Ceremonies/ Mariage Halls, we
may not be able to assure the
delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom
because of non-accessability of
our delivery team to the couple.
However, we shall ensure that
the delivery is made to one of
the responsible member of host.
Also, if possible we shall provide
you with the name of the recipient
through our order confirmation
mail.
19.
Genunity of information & interest
of making payments:
The customer promises
that the information provided
to Flower Plaza is true, correct
and accurate. The customer also agrees
to pay all charges incurred
by them and users of
your account and credit cards or
other payment mention at
prices in effect when such charges
are incurred.
The
customer agrees to defend indemnity
& hold Flower Plaza and its
affiliates harmless from
all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related
to any violation of this agreement
by them and also for
the use of the services
or transmission of any
message or information by them
Flower Plaza may modify this agreement
from time to time without giving any prior
information.
