Submitting an Order

How Do I place an order?

To place an order, you have to click on the 'Buy Gift' link that has been provided next to the flower item that you want to order. On making a click on the link, you would be re-directed to the order form (on our payment gateway partner 'ccavenue.com' site). There you shall have to provide the shipping & billing (credit/ Debit Card) details. Also, you can specify the desired delivery date and flower Message for the flower item on the order form.

2. How do I know that my order has been received by you?
All orders received will be confirmed by return e-mail by us.
If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of submitting the order, please e-mail us at: rosesngifts@yahoo.com. In the subject line of all such e-mails, kindly mention 'Confirmation Awaited'.

For an urgent order, call us for an immediate confirmation.

3. I have a special request for item (s) that are not in your product catalogue?
Can you execute the same?
Yes, please send an email with your requirements to us at rosesngifts@yahoo.com. In the subject line of all such e-mails, kindly mention 'Personalized Order'.

4. Can a Greeting card be sent along with the gift?
Gifts are sent along with a Greeting Card. Just type in your message while placing your order and we will print your message to tag along with your gift.

5. Can I specify date and time for delivery of my gift?
Yes. Also, it is desirable to specify the desired delivery date while placing the order. We shall endeavor to have the order delivered at the nearest possible desired time. Our usual delivery hours are between 9 AM - 7 PM. You can also provide us with special instructions, if any, for your order.

Payment Mechanism

1. How do I pay?
We accept online payments. We accept all major credit cards & Debit Cards.


2. Is the online payment system secure?
Yes, all your online transactions on this site are secure. Online transactions and Credit Card processing on our website are managed through our authorized web retailer ccavenue.com. ccavenue.com is Verisign certified and a secured site. It is one of the leading Credit Card processing service provider on the Internet.

The c
redit card information that is provided by you on the site is used only for getting the authorization code from your bank. Your Credit Card information is NOT stored anywhere in our system.

You provide your credit/ debit card information directly to your bank through our payment gateway. Hence, your credit/debit card information is not shared with the merchant.

3. How will I be charged?
Prices mentioned on our site are in US dollars & Indian Rupees. However, you will be charged in your local currency equivalent to the Rupee value. The equivalent amount will be automatically calculated as per the prevailing bank rates.
Delivery Information

1. What are the terms of the delivery service?

We deliver to:

  • All identified A cities in 'Locations' section on same day.

  • All identified B cities in 'Locations' section within 1-3 business.

  • In all other towns and cities within 3 working days. However, it may not be possible to deliver perishable items like cakes, flowers and sweets in these towns and cities.

If desired delivery date for the flower item is not specified by you in the order form then your order shall be delivered within 1 business day to Class 'A' cities and 3 Business to class 'B' cities.

For festive occasions, we would suggest you to place your orders 3-4 days in advance.


2. Are there any hidden costs such as delivery charges, taxes etc.?
There are no hidden charges. The listed price for the product is inclusive of all charges like packaging, shipping, handling, delivery and taxes.

3. How to know whether my order is delivered or not?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the relevant details within 24 hrs. of order delivery from us.

4. Privacy of information provided by me?

Your name, address, email information is not shared with anyone else. However, we may occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of special offers/ reminders. However, you can choose not to receive such mails.
